I mean, sure, people can still edit papers, play solitaire, etc. on computers. That said, Internet is by FAR the bigger "distraction" in classrooms, and it's a way to minimize the "problems" that computers may cause.
So no, Chicago isn't TTT for its policy. At least in my humble view. |

I remember you did a thread on XO about how to go for shoes instead of suits when on a budget because they'd last longer and make the biggest impact. More general advice like that would be extremely helpful, especially for p00r d00ds such as myself who aspire to (but can't yet) heed the high-end advice on your blog.
